● Self-Service Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your
account settings on the VoltSec.io platform.
● Requesting Cancellation: If you experience any issues with canceling your
subscription, you can contact VoltSec.io support at support@voltsec.io to request
assistance.
● Effective at End of Billing Period: If you cancel your subscription, it will remain active
until the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to all services
until the next payment would have been due.
● No Pro-Rated Refunds: We do not offer pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of a
billing cycle. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will retain access until the end of the current
term.
● Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions to VoltSec.io services are automatically renewed
unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be notified via email prior to your
subscription renewal to remind you of the upcoming charge.
● Cancellation Before Renewal: To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle,
cancellations must be made at least 3 days before the renewal date. If you cancel after
the renewal date, you will be charged for the next cycle, and the cancellation will take
effect at the end of that billing period.
If you wish to terminate your account completely, please contact VoltSec.io support at
support@voltsec.io. Terminating your account means the removal of all data associated with
your subscription, including test reports, results, and any other stored information.
● Termination of Services: After account termination, you will no longer have access to
VoltSec.io’s platform and its features.
● Account Data: Please note that once your account is terminated, all data may be
deleted from our systems, and we may not be able to recover it.
● Failed Payments: If a payment for your subscription is not successfully processed (e.g.,
due to insufficient funds or expired payment information), your account may be
temporarily suspended. If payment is not resolved within 7 days, your subscription may
be canceled.
● Non-Refundable Services: Please refer to our [Refund Policy] for details on whether you
are eligible for a refund after cancellation.
● Cancellations After Service Delivery: If services have been provided (e.g., penetration
testing completed, reports delivered), no refund will be issued, as the service has been
rendered.
VoltSec.io reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any
changes will be posted on this page with an updated "1 Jan. 2025" By continuing to use the
Platform after any changes, you agree to be bound by the updated Cancellation Policy.
