VoltSec.io offers subscription plans for accessing our platform. These plans are charged on a
recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually) depending on your selection at the time of
registration.
● Non-Refundable Payments: All subscription payments are non-refundable, except as
provided in the circumstances below.
● Service Cancellations: If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the
platform for the remainder of your billing cycle. Cancellations will take effect at the end of
the current billing period, and no partial refunds will be provided.
You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:
● Failure to Deliver Services: If we fail to deliver the penetration testing services as
agreed (e.g., technical issues preventing the platform from functioning, inability to
perform testing), you may request a full refund. The refund request must be made within
14 days of the issue arising.
● Technical Errors: If the Platform malfunctions or an error occurs that prevents
successful testing, you may be eligible for a refund for the failed service. Refunds will
only be provided if the error cannot be resolved within a reasonable time frame or if the
services cannot be successfully completed.
● Billing Errors: If there are billing errors, such as being charged for services you did not
request, you may be eligible for a refund. To request a refund, you must contact us within
30 days of the incorrect charge.
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
● Change of Mind: Refunds are not provided if you simply change your mind about using
the service after payment has been processed.
● Already Rendered Services: If services have been successfully rendered (e.g.,
penetration tests conducted, reports delivered), no refund will be issued.
● Cancellation After Service Completion: If you cancel your subscription after services
have been completed or if tests have been performed, no refund will be provided.
● Third-Party Charges: VoltSec.io is not responsible for third-party service charges,
transaction fees, or any costs incurred by you in connection with using the Platform.

● Your account information (email address associated with the account)
● A description of the issue that prompted your refund request
● Any relevant supporting documentation (e.g., screenshots, billing details)
We will review your request and respond within 24 to 48 Hours. If your refund request is
approved, the refund will be processed within 2 to 3 business days, and you will be notified
via email.
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method, unless otherwise
specified. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 2-3 business days for the
refund to appear in your account.

will be posted on this page with an updated "1 Jan. 2025" By continuing to use our services
after any changes are made, you agree to be bound by the updated Refund Policy.
